Origin: Meditation was first developed in India, a very long time ago.The exact origins of Buddhist meditation are subject to debate among scholars. Early written records of the multiple levels and stages of meditation in Buddhism in India are found in the sutras of the Pali Canon, which dates to 1st century BCE.


Before actually executing on anything we should clear our concept of what is 'meditation'



Meditation: Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique of mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity.



Types: Concept of mindfulness is very vast, different types of mindfulness and meditation affects different parts of our brain and the vibrations generated keeps our heart flowing with love and prosperous.

The 'main' seven types of mindfulness everyone should try and changes anybody's life are:

1) Love-Kindness meditation.

2) Progressive Relaxation.

3) Mindfulness Meditation.

4) Breath Meditation.

5) Kundalini Meditation.

6) Zen Meditation.

7) Transcendental Meditation




These effects can disrupt sleep, promote depression and anxiety, increase blood pressure and contribute to fatigue and cloudy thinking. It reduced symptoms of anxiety disorders, such as phobias, social anxiety, paranoid thoughts, obsessive-compulsive behaviors and panic attacks.
